what’s ISIT.serie
ISIT.serie is a webserie of 14 episodes on ISIT.online #002, it can be explained as an intention of a parallax-narrative.
parallax: the effect whereby the position or direction of an object appears to differ when viewed from different positions, e.g. through the viewfinder and the lens of a camera.
parallax: parallax scrolling is a web site trend where the background content (i.e. an image) is moved at a different speed than the foreground content while scrolling.
The dialogue is build by the continuous exchange of collective knowledge from a huge variety of contents, from music to movie, from documentary to YouTube tutorials etc
There’s no narrator, each content leads to the next, in a system of overwriting and overseeing.
In reality, we’re continuously exposed to several layers of fiction that inside these episodes are blended, edited, remixed to create unique content. This one is therefore an interpretation/reading of reality itself, throughout its layers and contradictions.
Each episode follows an horizontal panorama of interpretation, whether the connection between the audio and the visual is more intuitive or of a deeper understanding.
One could say that there’s no author, and that each episode is built in a way, but that way is just one possibility among the possible ways of development.
