Tiziana Garza Galán (Monterrey 1995). Bachelor of Arts
My work is based on the concern for the loss of images and concepts that have been disappearing over time and the rapid digital development. I want to preserve and return those elements from the past to the present by establishing connections to be reconsidered.
My work explores the relationship between technology and communication through the Internet. My work has been exhibited at the Museo del Centenario in Monterrey (2019). – at the biennial of artemergente CONARTE (2019 – 2020) – At the International Exhibition of Contemporary Graphics in Colombia, Sala Macaregua, Bucaramanga Colombia(2017). – Digital Disruption: an exhibition, Doolin Gallery, Dallas, TX (2017). Also won first place in the International University Video Art Competition through the MUAC.
Tiziana Garza Galán, is assumed within the generation of post-internet artists, who work with the immersion of web culture in contemporary culture and giving special attention to certain productions that, within the screen, seem unnoticed.
